The compiler console opens with the Seal of Mar

Until this train, goalc opened with upstream's orange OpenGOAL logo. Pull request #2705 lands the design issue 2703 approved: the Seal of Mar in gold, one title line naming the compiler's version, the game and the revision, a short table of the project, the ISO, the search path, the nREPL port and the target, and the commands a session starts with. The prompt names the game in its launcher accent, the help describes the same commands in three sections, and an nREPL client is greeted in Phaethon's name. The make system's counts, the listener's connection and the history messages now print as log lines under goalc, listener, make and compile, so a build log and a boot log read alike.
