Settings

  • The Modes tab is gone from Addons: Jak X's runtime upscales the cutscenes now, not the launcher.

Interface

  • On Home, Jak and Daxter's strip is silver, Jak II's blue, Jak 3's orange and Jak X's red.
  • The launcher's icon is the gold Phaethon seal.
  • The splash is the Phaethon cover, the name with the seal as its O over the tagline.
  • The sidebar and Home show the name with the seal as its O, and About the new lettering.
  • Tracks, modes and levels read as the game names them, once its runtime sends the names.
  • A cutscene reads as In a cutscene, without its movie file's name.

Account

  • The runtime installs, updates and repairs only for a signed-in account that accepted its license.

Security

  • The runtime is installed only from a file list Phaethon signed, and a refusal says why.
  • The launcher no longer shows a Discord presence; each game shows its own.
  • A game's page turns its Discord presence on or off, Jak X's too.
